Bridging Dreams & Opportunities for Future Leaders – FONBoarding 2023

Exciting interaction between young students and prospective companies marked this year’s FONBoarding Event – the largest corporate event at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, gathering 500+ students and over 40 partner companies.

As a long-standing partner of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and a silver partner of the event, we were honored to support the realization of this project. We had the privilege to share our experience and contribute to shaping the future of young aspiring professionals. 

Students were able to familiarize themselves with the company’s business details in the software development domain and learn about job openings and internship programs.

Our CEO and founder, Mihailo Milojević, actively participated in the panel discussion “Share Your Golden Experience” alongside colleagues from companies such as Loreal, Imlek, Telekom, Metro, OTP Bank, SR Technics, and many others. 

During an interactive session, he generously shared insights from personal experiences because he was also a student at FON and offered invaluable advice on navigating employment and overcoming challenges in the IT industry, providing students with a glimpse into the dynamic world of tech careers.

The focus was also on key trends in today’s work environment, where he talked about how young talents can adapt and thrive in an ever-dynamic business landscape.

We appreciate the Faculty of Organizational Sciences inviting us and hope the students had a great time, just like us.
